The Health Awareness Program continues to be successful. We were at the Oyo Ekoro in December 2016 had a two day (10th and 11th December 2016) awareness program in Ode Itsekiri. This was well attended with our volunteers seeing over 400 participants. We have our CatEye project and we have identified 11 individuals with cataract and we hope we can commence the procedure to restore their visions as early as possible. We met a gentleman who is a photographer with cataract and now unable to earn an income to look after his family. According to Mr Mejebi Eyewuoma, “this kind of story is the reason why I am motivated to be part of the charity work of this organisation”.
We are grateful to all our supporters, volunteers and the Olu of Warri for the opportunity to reach out to our villages.
